Welcome to the Yoga Nidhi – Yoga Sutra of Patanjali App, a mobile application that allows you to learn to chant the Yoga Sutra at your own pace. These Terms Of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms under the laws of your country of residence.


2. Use of the App

  • The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Do not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the App.
  • Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates the rights of others.

3. Account & Login

  • App requires account registration using a valid email address.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • The App uses OTP-based login for security; ensure your registered email is active.

4. Content

  • All Yoga Sutra audio, text, and other materials provided in the App are for educational and spiritual purposes only.
  • The content is owned by Yoga Nidhi or licensed to us and is protected by copyright laws.
  • You may not redistribute or use the content outside the App without written permission.

5. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions - Payments

    • The App offers subscription-based access to certain features or content. Prices, billing cycles, and benefits will be shown within the App and on the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Payments are processed securely through Google Play or Apple Pay.

    Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

  • Subscriptions - Trial Periods

    • If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
    Only one trial is offered per user unless stated otherwise.

  • Subscriptions - Cancellations & Refunds

    • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.
    After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of the paid period.
    Refunds, if applicable, are handled by Google Play Store / Apple Store based on their refund policies. We cannot process refunds directly.


6. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services, We are not responsible for the content or practices of these services.


7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, audio, text, and design elements are the property of Yoga Nidhi or our licensors.
You may not use these without written permission.


8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.


9. Disclaimer

  • The App is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • The App is intended for wellness and educational use; it is not a substitute for medical advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yoga Nidhi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.


11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activity.


12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country or state of residence, unless local laws state otherwise.
