  1. What is the Yoga Nidhi – Yoga Sutra of Patanjali App?

    Yoga Nidhi – Yoga Sutra of Patanjali App is a mobile App designed to help you learn and practice chanting the Yoga Sutra at your own pace, with guided support and structured learning.

  2. How do I start using the App?

    Download the App, sign up using a valid email address, and log in using the OTP sent to your email.

  4. Can I use any email to sign in?

    You must use the same email address that you registered with during sign-up.

  5. How do I request an OTP?

    On the sign-in screen, enter your registered email and tap Get OTP.

  6. I didn’t receive the OTP. What should I do?

    Check your Spam or Junk folder. If it is not there, wait for a few seconds and tap Resend OTP.
    Ensure that your email address is entered correctly.

  7. My OTP is not working. What should I do?

    Make sure you entered the latest OTP. OTPs are valid for 15 minutes. If expired, tap on Resend OTP.

  8. Is OTP sign-in secure?

    Yes. OTPs are sent only to your registered email and are time-limited.

  9. Do I need to sign in every time?

    No, once signed in, you will stay signed in for up to 90 days unless you manually sign out.
    The App will ask you to sign in only when the App is re-installed.

  10. What if I forgot which email I used to sign up?

    Try searching your inbox for any Yoga Nidhi OTP or welcome emails. If you're still unsure, contact our support team.

  11. How do I change my registered email address?

    Currently, changing the registered email is not supported through the App. Please contact our support team for assistance.

  12. Is there a mobile number sign in option?

    No. At this time, sign in is only supported via email and OTP.

  14. Is internet required to use the App?

    Yes. An active internet connection is required to receive OTPs and for accessing / streaming content.

  15. Will I lose my progress if I log out?

    No. As long as you log back in with your registered email, all your progress and content access will remain intact.

  16. Which devices are supported?

    The App is available on Android devices running supported OS versions (Android 9 and all later versions till Android 16).

  18. Is the App free to use?

    No, the App is not free to use. Access to the App requires an active subscription. However the App offers a 7-day free trial with access to limited chants with all premium features enabled.

  19. What subscription plans are available?

    The App offers 1 year and 6 months subscription plans. The subscription price may vary by region.

  20. Is there a free trial?

    The App offers a 7-Day Free Trial with access to limited chants with all premium features enabled. Only one trial is offered per user unless stated otherwise. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.

  21. How do I subscribe?

    Subscriptions are handled through Google Play Store.

  22. What payment methods are supported?

    Payment options are given by Google Play Store and may include credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI and wallets.

  23. Will I be charged automatically?

    Yes. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  24. How do I cancel my subscription?

    There is a Cancel Subscription option in the App. Clicking on the same, redirects to Google Play Store -> Subscriptions - > Cancel Subscription. User has to complete the cancellation process through Google Play Store.

  25. Will I get a refund if I cancel?

    No refunds are issued on cancellation. Full access to the App will be available till the end of the Plan period.

  27. The App is crashing or freezing. What should I do?

    • Update to the latest App version
    • Restart the App
    • Restart the device
    • If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the App
    • Still not working, contact support
  28. Content is not loading properly. What should I do?

    • Check your internet connection
    • Restart the App
    • Try again after few minutes
    • If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the App
